Lorenzo is a leading specialist in the fields of commercial and real estate law. He advises individuals and large businesses on complex corporate and real estate transactions – including the transfer and acquisition of real estate and companies, financing, and due diligence.

Prior to joining Mercadal Abogados in 2022, Lorenzo delivered first-class legal advice at Linklaters (Madrid office) and Garrigues (Palma office). A truly adaptable and versatile lawyer, he also regularly counselled the tourism sector on contractual and corporate governance matters.

Lorenzo is a member of the Balearic Islands Bar Association. He has a degree in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, as well as a double master’s in Access to the Legal Profession and Business Law from the University of Navarra and Specialist in Urban Planning Law from the University of the Balearic Islands. He speaks fluent Spanish, Catalan, English and German.
